Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule an appointment.Money paid upfront will not be refunded just carried over to next appintment. Where less than 24 hours' notice is provided, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee will apply. Appointments cancelled on the day of the scheduled session will incur 100% of the session fee. Outstanding cancellation fees must be paid before any future appointments can be booked. If Authentic You Counselling needs to reschedule an appointment, every effort will be made to provide as much notice as possible and arrange an alternative appointment time.
