I provide specialist online drug and alcohol counselling for adults whose alcohol or other drug use is affecting their life. Together, we can explore your concerns in a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space, without pressure or shame.
How Counselling Can Help
I welcome both voluntary and mandated clients. We will work collaboratively toward goals that are meaningful to you—whether you want to stop, reduce your use or minimise harm—with your wellbeing and safety at the centre of our work.
How sessions work online
Sessions are held via Google Meet. A link will be emailed to you before your appointment. You can join from a compatible computer, phone or tablet using a supported browser or the Google Meet app. If you are not signed into a Google account, simply enter your name and request to join.

Fees and Session Options
First Step Drug and Alcohol Session
30 minutes | $65
A focused session suitable for a first conversation, brief check-in or support with one specific concern.
Standard Drug and Alcohol Counselling
60 minutes | $125
Recommended for most new clients. This session provides time to discuss your current situation, concerns, goals and possible next steps.
Extended Drug and Alcohol Counselling
90 minutes | $165
Additional time to explore patterns, triggers, complex circumstances and practical strategies.
Single Family Session
60 minutes | $135
For family members affected by someone else’s alcohol or drug use. This session can explore communication, boundaries, coping strategies and practical support.
Court Support Letters
From $110
Counselling session fees are charged separately. Letters are available to current clients where appropriate and may confirm appointment dates, attendance, participation, goals discussed and strategies developed. They cannot guarantee a particular legal outcome.
